All Items are shipped by USPS or DHL depending on the country the package is shipped to.
We only Ship USPS Standard domestic shipping for the U.S ( No priority or express shipping).

Orders will ship out the next day
We do not ship out orders on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. (If you order Friday-Sunday, your order will be ship on Monday).
All orders may take 1-2 business days to process from the time that you place your order
TRACKING AND DELIVERY
Contact the courier (USPS or DHL) directly prior to contacting us if there is a problem with delivery.
Please allow 1-2 days for the tracking information to update
in some cases, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order

We are not responsible if the package is not delivered in the guarantee shipping times as it make take 1-2 business days to process the order and we cannot be held liable for USPS guaranteed shipping times.
PROCESSING TIME FRAME
All orders must be processed before they are shipped. This process can take up to 1 -2 business days.
No orders can be guaranteed to ship out the same day as order is placed.
We work hard to process all orders quickly, but please take processing time into consideration.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you place your order. If a return or exchange is accepted, the order must be returned in its original packaging. Hair that has been dyed, cut, washed or modified in any way, will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
